My GP wants to discuss some "abnormalities" in my recent blood test. The good news is that my Hbac is even better than last time, and we've ruled out there being anything wrong with my prostate. So, silver linings, and its most likely just needing some b12 shots. Still concerned though

I had planned to run #hagswalk last night but brain fog and fatigue washed that idea out of the running. Instead I gave @katyafirehair.bsky.social some portrait sketching tutorials and practice as it was a shame to waste the wine.
