📈 It pays to be in a union. Union-negotiated agreements delivered average wage increases of 4.2%, well above the 3% from non-union agreements.

Today’s discussion at Parliament put worker concerns about the impact of AI centre stage. Teachers, tech workers, nurses, finance staff and actors shared stories about why worker protections are badly needed to guard against negative work impacts. Workplace AI must be ethical, transparent & safe.
