The NSW parliamentary inquiry into the early childhood education and care sector in NSW yesterday released its report. Acting Secretary David Towson spoke to the ABC: "The gender disparity in the pay rates here, it's dreadful. It should've been addressed a long time ago.”

The IEU has reached an agreement with Model A schools on the terms of the new MEAs. The MEAs are now ready to move towards a vote. The IEU urges members to vote YES. The vote will start on Monday, 25 May and close on Friday, 29 May at 4 pm. More info: https://pulse.ly/dkedbzdgoe
