It’s been a day of mansplaining and I’m honestly over it. First the dude with AAA. Mechanic called I was right it was a loose cable and they fixed it. Second I was at my third grocer today and I asked the guy from the meat department if they had English bacon. He said he wasn’t sure.

This morning I drove my car (drove fine to the destination) got back in the car once done and tried to start it. Light came on for a second then everything went dark. No electrical at all. I call AAA. I don’t think it’s my battery as I just replaced it right before Christmas. AAA arrives.

This little girl had me worried she didn’t eat dinner or breakfast today and was whining off and on. Made her dinner and prepped some topper (I ran out and finally had time today to make more). She ate dinner zero issues. Apparently she missed her sweet potato cause the food vanished.

When you have to pause for a moment to look at where the article came from because you know darn well this is a plausible scenario coming from this administration and specifically this individual. SMDH. This dude and admin is part of the reason why I do more home mixes and canning than I ever did.

First time ever I made biscuits and gravy. I wanted to do chicken fried steak with it but the kids said it would be too heavy so I caved and said ok. Made a Dutch baby instead. Making salmon puff, angel hair pasta, cheddar bay rolls and blueberry cobbler for dinner. Prepped dinner for the next two nights for the kids since I’ll be at work til after dinner. Don’t worry they are old enough to be home alone. They are in college I just meal prep so they can focus on school.

Read some articles yesterday while trying to process the crap 💩 in office taking all of us down the fall of the United States together and saw that unsweetened cocoa powder is good for heart health when you mix it in your coffee over syrup and other options. So then I took a deep dive into it.

I wish my Irish heritage was a generation closer then I could petition to gtfo and get myself and kids out of this hellscape. Or if other countries would recognize generational citizenship I could apply for Scotland or Netherlands as we could apply there.
