Ham and turkey breast about to go on smoker. Ham is using mustard as a binder with Meat Church Honey Hog rub. Turkey breasts are injected with Cacheres Creole Butter marinade, Chik Fil A sauce as a binder with Blues Hog Original rub. 😎

Bought a new to me used Ford Edge today. It's pretty nice but the damn iPad on the dashboard is giving me an aneurysm 😂

Trying a pork butt today on the smoker. Scored the fat cap last night and covered with mustard as a binder then liberally coated it with Meat Church Honey Pork Rub. Set in frig overnight.
