I've not been able to look at screens for more than 10 mins at a time for a while and 2 things are now obvious: 1. Screen addiction is by far the strongest addiction I've ever had, and everyone around me has it too 2. It's now harder to live offline than it is to live online

Hands up autistic & ADHD people faking work today ✋ One form of masking I see a lot of is pretending to do a 9-5 when in reality it's more like a 1-3, then a 9-9.10 then a 6-8 etc. We're not machines, but capitalism expects us to be as consistent as robots in an automated assembly line.
