I think it's funny how much the Trick or Treat Studios Chucky dolls have been vital for recent official works. A ton of the dolls were used for the Chucky series, the HHN attraction awhile back and the DBD model used the TOTS doll as a direct reference. Alt text on the images explains more.

AI Darth Vader is awful because if you removed the useless out of character "talk to me" feature, he functions like a situational NPC with dialogue easily replicated by an actual voice actor. "But that'd require so much dialogue" as if VAs can't record an insane amount of voice lines for a game???
