It's a small-scale Christmas around here, with only 2 humans and 2 cats to feed. Still, there are plenty of new recipes to try. Last night's dinner: tahchin with aubergine filling, from @sabrinaghayour.bsky.social's book Flavour. Very worth the overall 2-hour cooking time.
