Refugee resilience 🤝 opportunity After a hurricane destroyed her work vehicle, Rixcia received a grant from HIAS EAF designed to help small business owners recover from the disaster. Today she’s leading a team of 30 drivers, providing jobs & creating economic opportunities in her community.
