Girl dinner: pan-seared Atlantic salmon, frozen microwave-in-bag green beans & Idahoan brand Roasted Garlic instant potatoes. I cooked the salmon a little differently this time, in a mixture of butter & olive oil with a fresh clove of minced garlic, along with the lemon pepper seasoning.

Hubby is staying another day & wants to go hiking again. I was going to go back to the gym but decided to spend more time with him. A few days off would do me some good, I think my body needs a break anyway. I'll keep eating good & come back stronger, planning to lock in again after the holidays.

This was a great idea for a homemade yogurt & berry parfait. I used Greek Gods honey flavored yogurt, Kodiak cookie butter protein granola, a drizzle of honey over the granola, topped with blueberries and raspberries. It turned out to be a very refreshing blend of flavors. #FoodSky #FitnessSky
