Gentle reminder: if you already have carpal tunnel, don’t do aggressive stretches! You can make it worse. If you're in a flare-up just ~ keep your wrist in a neutral position (like using a brace) avoid repetitive movements take frequent breaks (especially if you draw a lot 👀)
