Somewhat surprised JRR is still a member of the Columbus Crew today. If he wants to move, and it seems like he probably does, seems like a good move for everyone involved.

Scrolling through the photos of Pam Bondi's "Minnesota rioters," it's just hero after hero. Every photo includes a cowardly DHS agent with their back to the camera. Bondi thinks she's going to win the propaganda war with this shit, but it's never been more clear that they're losing.

One problem is that Democrats look at already passed funding as untouchable, while Republicans look at it as something to chip away at forever. Case in point: the 2022 IRS surge funding in the Inflation Reduction Act. TIL the House cut another $11 billion from that last week! And Dems voted for it!

I’m happy for JRR, and I do like Adams but I still wouldn’t hate having a backup with a little more hight than Aliyu. I guess we know Gbamble is training with the first team; makes me wonder if Kone is getting a look too.

To be clear, this is a victory, which was won by ordinary people putting their lives on the line in the streets of Minneapolis while almost all their elected leaders kept quiet or made only muted criticism.

Are they losing Bartiromo? A heinous crime has been committed, and all Kash Patel can say is that he trusts the agents. Did he bother to look at the video? Under what guidance, can a federal agent summarily execute an American citizen who's being restrained?

. I think we tend to overemphasize, esp. w/ Trump's mush-brain at the top, that their fascism is a kind of purely id-driven emotional impulse. But it's a real ideology w/ real theorists and tenets. Miller isn't an evil genius, but he has a real evil worldview

Imagine having to defend your fatally shot son from Stephen Miller's slurs that he was a "domestic terrorist" trying to "assassinate" ICE officers. This is what Trump and Trumpism has brought to the United States.

Democrats have some fucking courage. Shut it the fuck down. If people get upset it is your job to educate why. People are dying to a fascist United States government. If you aren’t going to fight to stop it now a lot more people are going to die. If you can’t you’re not up for the moment.
