@bobbby.online it seems like you got a lot of good advice yesterday on what to do with cooking a ribeye. if its like 1"-1.5" use a cast iron. anything bigger than that you need to reverse sear. i like to salt at least an hour before, it helps the salt penetrate the meat. i use just black pepper
