My first advice to junior contributors is to STOP using vibe coding for PRs. OSS is always about people more than about code. We don't need more code generated by LLM, we need more people who care.

Released Token Limit. There's a growing trend of storing AI instructions in repositories (CLAUDE-md, .cursorrules). This is a tool for counting tokens in such files and setting limits by size or cost. Like Size Limit but for AI.
