I got my blood test and ecg results today and everything seems to be in order. My dermatologist is doing a seperate blood test that I'll get the results of the next few days but I'm already relieved my symptoms aren't anything serious. Christmas season is stressful enough as is. 😅

I've been stagnating at losing weight. I'm already only eating about 1500kcal with ca 130g protein a day, which shouldn't be too much at 178cm/110kg, but I'm barely building muscle nor am I losing weight so I think I've hit the world-famous plateau.

I started journaling. Decided writing whatever comes to my mind for 30 minutes each day might help me process my traumata better. It usually feels like when I face my traumata my thoughts become hard to grasp, chaotic and volatile, but while writing they're a lot more focused, so I'm hopeful.
