Olin says chemical imports from China are harming chlorine derivatives market in the U.S. "Since 2019, China exports of titanium dioxide, urethanes, epoxies, crop protection chemicals, and PVC have grown 300%-600%, placing significant pressure on U.S. chlorine derivative customers."
