My proudest achievement.

Perhaps most excitingly, I was given the honour of designing this year’s convention tshirt, which was reproduced on the back of the conbook. Big thanks to @vogelarts.bsky.social for trusting me with this and working with me to refine it.

In terms of art I made for this year’s art show, I did these three pieces inspired by chess pieces.

Finally recovered from @confuzzled.org.uk. I say it every year, but I love this convention and the community behind it. We are all weird, wonderful, creatures, and for a few days I don’t have to hide it. Huge thanks to everyone involved. This is special.

In thrilling SpanielNews, our washing machine died last year. The new one is coming on Monday and I’m sort of excited about it. Not an expense we needed in The Longest Month, but there we go.

In what may ultimately prove to be a foolish endeavour, @shrugsbur.bsky.social and I are going to attempt to watch TNG in its entirety over the next 12 months. Make it so.

I’m with MumSpaniel and DadSpaniel for Christmas. There is a very large pheasant who has taken up residence in the garden. He is affectionately known as ‘lunch’.

It’s October once again, which means it’s time for a drawing challenge. I was struggling to decide on a theme when came across an old photo of @thehistoryboy.bsky.social’s tattoo of a sash window and thought… ‘yeah, that’d work.’ So, this years theme is #windows

@noxonclub.bsky.social I was in the big group of furries and pups who came along last night and I wanted to thank you all for everything! I had an amazing time and I will be back.

I was in London this weekend with @shrugsbur.bsky.social, @thehistoryboy.bsky.social, and @jackshoulder.bsky.social. We went to Tate Modern to see the UK AIDS Memorial Quilt in the Turbine Hall. It’s incredibly powerful, and it’s good to see it displayed like this. We lost so many.

Ok, so I did a load of work for the Confuzzled Art Show, which I am going to gradually feed into my timeline…

I have just about caught up on sleep after ConFuzzled, and I have to say that it was an absolute blast. Thankyou so much to everyone who works so hard to make it happen.

I’m very pleased with the door sign I made for Confuzzled.
