In thrilling SpanielNews, our washing machine died last year. The new one is coming on Monday and I’m sort of excited about it. Not an expense we needed in The Longest Month, but there we go.

In what may ultimately prove to be a foolish endeavour, @shrugsbur.bsky.social and I are going to attempt to watch TNG in its entirety over the next 12 months. Make it so.

I’m with MumSpaniel and DadSpaniel for Christmas. There is a very large pheasant who has taken up residence in the garden. He is affectionately known as ‘lunch’.

I was in London this weekend with @shrugsbur.bsky.social, @thehistoryboy.bsky.social, and @jackshoulder.bsky.social. We went to Tate Modern to see the UK AIDS Memorial Quilt in the Turbine Hall. It’s incredibly powerful, and it’s good to see it displayed like this. We lost so many.

I have just about caught up on sleep after ConFuzzled, and I have to say that it was an absolute blast. Thankyou so much to everyone who works so hard to make it happen.
