What I learned in my art history degrees (to analyze new information; to be open to widely different ways of viewing the world, among others) were also helpful in my public health degree program & in working as an informationist with medical pharmacy, & public health students & faculty.

Happy #Caturday! This photo is from late May, when Pixie was terrified (but I knew where she was!). Today, altho I haven't seen her for more than 48 hrs, she did scurry out to eat some wet food this morning. So, back to the beginning. Sigh #Hedgewatch

Pixie came out at 1:30am this morning & asked for pets & scritches so we had a nice time together for about 30 mins. She then played by herself for another 30 minutes. She ate well. He calming meds arrive later today #Hedgewatch

We did not go to the vet today. I've been scratched a lot & have left blood everywhere. Pixie is nowhere to be found. Will try some calming supplements to help her daily & also to see if she will then let me give her medication in pill or liquid form. Big sigh. Poor kitty. #Hedgewatch

I'm currently in hiding due to my human's attempt to pick me up. She says it was to make sure that I got out of the bedroom where a bat was visiting, but I CAN TAKE CARE OF MYSELF. [Even tuna fish won't get her to come out! She has a vet visit tomorrow for a Rabies booster.] #Hedgewatch
