a Lancake variant, based on the Dutch Poffertjes (small fluffy pancake, topped with butter and powdered sugar) and a unique evolution that's a stack of Poffertjes on a stick, wrapped within a Dutch Pannenkoek (a flat pancake, that can have all sorts of toppings (sweet, savory, salty, ect.))

Here is mine. Neo landcake and Cloudream. A Japanese soufflé pancake that becomes a flying sky fish pikaia that caries sleeping bobug. Neo landcake is pure flying wile Cloudream is Flying/psychic. Tell me if you want a red mist version of Cloudream.
