im still pretty proud of the blood effects in the gundude area. killing stuff originally had impact frames but too many ppl thought the game was lagging due to too many particles, i removed them in a patch

in fangames u can jump 4.5 blocks tall without a bunny hop by pause buffering. fgu transitions between levels on the world map by checking your coordinates and there are many places you can get out of bounds intentionally to provoke a "broken game" feel

i invented a technique called "zip cancelling" jump to zip upwards while stuck in a wall, if u are only 1 pixel into the wall you can walk out mid zip. u can skip the tower key and get to the desert this way
