The book was displayed on the new releases shelf at my local library. It looked like fantasy or YA fantasy so I figured, “why not?” I enjoyed the book but did not realize until half way in that it was kind of a bodice ripper. A fun read! #booksky

I so don't get this movie. I was in a co-dependent relationship with a controlling person when this movie came out. The way her character acted reminded me of that person and this movie felt like a horror story to me. I remember him looking so trapped at the end of the film.
