An understatement to say this is a pretty big win for Bluesky. Starting to see more mainstream accounts head this way, but I can't think of one this significant.

I did this and two big takeaways: 1. Being an engineer again was fun and humbling. Mostly humbling. 2. Feeling what the team finds hard vs. hearing it is a huge difference. I absolutely recommend leaders do this.

I interview quite a few people, and I do my best to learn how to pronounce their name ahead of time if it's one I'm not familiar with. Usually I find a YouTube video with a pronunciation, or more recently ChatGPT. Both are hit or miss. Are there better options?
