The impact Desi has made in Ottawa in just this season alone is immeasurable, she is such an incredible leader on the team! She is truly one of the nicest people i’ve met, she’s always been so engaged with the SG and so supportive of us from the beginning! I’m thrilled she gets to retire in canada 🥹

The problem with centering one fan is you miss the joy and the passion of your SG (who do all of the cheers, drumming, tifos, etc.- as volunteers!! Like on top of everything else they have going on they show up and show out bc they love the team!!!!) AND you miss out on the joy of the collective.
