With polls closed in Gorton and Denton, we know one thing for sure: it’s time to abolish first past the post.

So just as a final word on this by election before polls close: No matter what the result, Gorton and Denton is supposed to be in a category of safe seat that should essentially render it uncompetitive. The fact that it isn't is a damning indictment of Labour's time in office.

The ICO information commissioners office should be doing this #GDPR If this case goes against Reform, they definitely should. This would also be aggravated as they are showing contempt for the law. Fine should start at 5-10% annual turnover as a minimum but more due to the aggravating factors

The Gorton & Denton by-election is Green vs Reform.

Scrapping the two-child benefit cap is long overdue and welcome. But while Labour dragged its feet and Reform want to turn the clock back, the overall benefit cap is still in place and still traps families in poverty. It’s time to scrap it.

They’re taking kids from Minnesota and sending them to detention camps. They’re shooting American citizens in the street and locking investigators out of the crime scenes. The world is watching what happens next.
