Barrel Aged Mexican Chocolate Cake Inspired Imperial Stout. We aged LSD (our house imperial stout) in Willet Bourbon Barrels for 34 months and then added chocolate, ancho chili peppers, cinnamon and vanilla to create this absolute delight! Sweet&Spicy Rings in at 11.5%

We have been offering hard seltzers since last year and began packaging them this summer! It’s been fun for us to try our hand at this kinda thing. They are all for sale in the to go cooler and the Crater Cranberry is on draft in the tasting room.

A little highlight of our newest seasonal cocktail menu…this is gin, lemon juice and handmade (by our bar staff) rosemary simple syrup. It is so interesting and flavorful and feels like the perfect addition to our ever changing cocktail offerings. See for yourself! Cheers!

This 9.3% Imperial IPA has re-emerged once again! This is a staff seasonal favorite! It is bitter and full and has a sweeter finish. We love when this one comes back around. It is on draft and in the to-go cooler. Come see what it’s all about :)

To: You From: Me This Belgian Dark Strong Ale was spiced using cinnamon, clove, ginger and orange peel! It’s 8.2%, it’s delicious and can be found on draft as well as in the to-go cooler! It is also in the Shiftmas advent box along with other seasonal offerings!
