Got a new game out in public beta/playtest today with @randylubin.com! Three Generations: The Rise and Fall of the Eternal Empire is a game where you make a little fantasy land, then you draw character cards who travel around and change the land forever.

I'm back with @seraphimseraphina.bsky.social doing another 90 minutes on expressionism over on the patreon, this time breaking down game examples from my own work. This framework continues to be useful for me even as it doesn't apply tons of the time.

New Dice Exploder today - it's a good one on communication at the table by way of going slow motion through an intense interaction. Plus: Maia is super smart.

I've felt so much more self-conscious roleplaying in #OVER/UNDER than I do after 20 years of playing games with friends and strangers online and in person, and I think because it feels so much like roleplaying in public. 1600 people! Or even just 100! How am I supposed to live up to that?
