I hit the Tokyo weeb hotspots so you don't have to! Best prices in general were at Nakano Broadway, followed by Ikebukuro, with Akihabara coming in way overpriced.

The whole Tokiwaso neighbourhood is an absolute oasis in Tokyo with such a respect for manga. The shopkeeps and restauranteurs have all been incredibly kind to us, and my kid who hates sitting still has been fully engrossed in a Doraemon manga for the last two hours.

I'm lost in the Tokyo subway, which should come as no surprise considering how often I get lost in the Toronto subway.
