All the SE news is so devastating; I’m so sorry to everyone affected. I will never understand how there haven’t been laws put into place that make it so companies are required a 2 week notice before layoffs. Or at least cover another paycheck cycle after termination.

#REMOVEKAGAWA I think this is bigger than asking for a recast. I think real fans of the series know this contradicts the messages in the games, and I think if you are arguing or dismissing those who are fighting for change, you shouldn’t be in this fandom. But that’s just me.

I don’t act like a Yakuza sicko on this account, but Y7/LAD helped me get through one of the lowest times I’ve had in my life when I felt worthless and like nothing mattered. The characters and stories have meant so much to me since late 2020 when I first played. I was excited for Kiwami 3! But…

And this isn’t a “separate the art from the artist” thing. He’s an actor. When an athlete has to be replaced, the game is still played, and football or w/e carries on as normal. Replacing an actor is something the series did before during a drug scandal. SA though? That gets a pass??
