Around 360 gas stations in Russia have shut down due to fuel shortages, according to Russian media. The crisis is most severe in the south, with a 14% drop in stations, while in occupied Crimea and Sevastopol nearly half have closed.

Sergey Aksyonov, head of occupied Crimea, has officially admitted fuel shortages on the peninsula, blaming reduced refinery output in Russia. Russian Telegram channels report one more attack on Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat oil refinery plant in Russian Bashkortostan, about 1,500 km from Ukraine. It is one of the key center for oil refining, chemical and fertilizer production in Russia.

The Zenzavatka oil pumping station in Volgograd region is on fire again, according to FIRMS data. This facility, part of Transneft’s Volga pipeline network, was already attacked on September 20. Today's fire suggests a fresh impact.

The Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat refinery in Bashkiria, 1,500 km from Ukraine, was hit again this morning by drones. This same facility was already targeted about a week ago. It has a capacity of 10 million metric tons of oil annually, and produces more than 150 petroleum and chemical products.

The foreign atrocities that Russians demand and that Putin has been so eager to deliver are no longer enough to deflect the populations' attention from the daily misery of life in Russia. The fuel crisis is spinning out of control.

Ukrainian drone operators of the 412th Nemesis Regiment struck two Russian Tor-M2 air defense systems. One launcher was destroyed and another heavily damaged. The systems are worth an estimated $50 million.
