I love print media! Kind of figures with the job that I do. But today, I am celebrating not just the survival but the evolution of the world's oldest Sunday newspaper, @theobserveruk.bsky.social I picked up my copy of the 12,177th edition today and it's under new management.

Lovely to finally say hello to @irvinewelsh.bsky.social last night at his event at Paisley Book Festival. Irvine has been a long-term supporter of @theinsp.bsky.social & #streetpapers I first saw him speak in the late 90s in Edinburgh. Great to hear about his new writing, music talents & tastes.

A very busy day at the @theinsp.bsky.social International Network of Street Papers office in Glasgow today! We had 21 people turn up for our open-lunch, which was the chance for people to find out more about INSP's Changing the Narrative on Homelessness & Poverty Journalism Training Academy.

I have spent the last couple of days in gloriously sunny Amsterdam 🌞 This morning, I managed to visit the special Homeless in the City exhibition at the @amsterdammuseum.bsky.social. Great to see local street paper "Z!" represented in this.

It's the final night of @alisonmoyet.bsky.social for us tonight! Seeing her at #Paradiso #Amsterdam after seeing her in Dublin & Glasgow. We have travelled from Scotland especially. What stamina to keep going for such an epic tour! We just cannot get enough of her.

Productive day with @marzid.bsky.social at the wonderful The Social Hub in Glasgow. No we are not in the next production of The Steamie, that would be fun though!

A rather brilliant & bizarre day yesterday spent at #TateModern at the #LeighBowrey exhibition. Loved the eccentricities of it all, & the connections between fashion, club culture, deviation & the fight for justice. Also memory trip watching BBC's 'The Clothes Show' again.
