Sometimes I'm mistaken for younger, but this one made me do a little dance lol. I asked a worker at the bodega where the beers were and he scoffed, asking for my ID in this like "sure, okay" tone, smirking. I smirk back, hand it over. Seeing the shift from snark to shock made my bad day WAY better😂

Social media has weirdly conditioned a huge number of people to feel like they're Doing Something by posting, and Doing Nothing if they don't post about a particular thing, and in general neither of those things are true.

I'll talk about query stuff soon but in summary, I've sent out less than 30 queries since May 😂 (have requests). It's not that I've been afraid but more like... After experiencing so much loss in my life, I want to take my time with the things that matter to me. Like my story ❤️ #bvm

One of my favorite features on this app is the self-moderation system. As a formed people pleaser, I say set those boundaries EARLY with no hesitation! And I'll throw a tomato or something at whatever guilt hits you, if it does (I mean it, ask my friends lol)

Woke up at 6am on a Sunday. I don't even know who I am anymore 😂. But NYC has been having such beautiful weather I've been enjoying, so I guess it's okay to be up when it rises.
