The President truthed today that “Hakeem Jeffries, a Low IQ individual” should be impeached. The President is presumably a High IQ individual as evidenced by his ability to distinguish a bear from a giraffe, a lion, and a shark. Yet he doesn’t realize that members of Congress cannot be impeached?
