And to add to this, having an emotional reaction to an issue does not negate your point. People should care about the words they are saying, and if they are arguing, it’s not wrong to have an emotional investment in the argument. Especially when you are speaking on issues of morals and ethics.

One of my favorite thing about the rise of blog style social media has got to be people documenting their learning journeys. From reading to home repair to crafts to professional degrees, I think it’s one of the best parts of influencer culture. Nobody should feel ashamed to learn.

Sometimes I am astounded by the lack of women in certain comics. Like just statistically. I am reading a story that was worked on by 21 creatives, and not a single one of them was a woman. 21 people. I don’t know for certain, but in 2010 that certainly feels like it was deliberate.
