Some days are so difficult when struggling with depression. People look at you & they don't see don't see anything physically wrong so they think nothing is wrong & they don't understand why you are on meds. Please, always be kind. Most times you don't know what people are ashamed for you to see.

A beloved teacher in Brevard County FL for using child's preferred name instead of their birth name because they didn't have the parents permission. My youngest flipped back and forth on whether he used his first or middle name through school but her couldn't do that now without signing a form.
