Cossington was the first Women’s Technical Director for the English FA & has already been working with Bay Sporting Director Matt Potter, and the rest of the staff as the move into "the next phase of the Bay FC system."

Bay FC has announced that Head Coach Albertin Montoya will step down at the end of this season. Bay Collective CEO, Kay Cossington, will now lead sporting efforts for the club including finding the next head coach.
