Long ago a bio-physics prof teammate who is a bit of a training expert suggested that to get better at running I needed to run in zone 2. When I ran at all my heartrate soared to 180. I stopped running due to other things. A decade of cycling training later I can barely run faster than zone 2. 1/3

I've been regularly making overnight oats: Stir equal parts oats and OJ in a bowl with a splash of vanilla and pinch of salt, the next day add blueberries, walnuts, yogurt, & cinnamon. Sometimes I grate half an apple in overnight, usually I add hot honey in the morning. Always it makes me happy.
