Keyonte George bucket ends up being the game-winner and the Jazz beat the Eastern Conference leading Detroit Pistons. Probably says a lot about the East and about the Jazz.

The Memphis Grizzlies beat the Utah Jazz...what an accomplishment for a team that just 2-3 years ago looked like they were in line for perennial contention. Might write about how sad it is.

Happens a lot these days with beat writers having to pick (based on budgets from outlets) the road games they'll travel to. There've been a number of Jazz games this season where Will Hardy hasn't done postgame because there's no one to ask any questions. This is not by choice of the reporters.

The clocks might be working now.... Just randomly showed back up in the middle of a possession

This is so disorienting. The PA Announcer is periodically announcing what the game clock time is and will have to countdown if the shotclock winds down to less than 5 I guess... Players have no reference on the court for what is happening time wise.

The Jazz game clocks are non operational. Never seen this. They've resumed play and the clocks across the arena are completely stopped. So I'm under the assumption the PA announcer will say what the time is at stoppages

It looks like we might be playing basketball again in Utah....

Tinfoil option: Thunder are like "Shai isn't playing." Jazz respond with a Lauri illness. But as insurance, they make the sure the game can't be played with smoke and clock malfunctions. The Jazz WILL lose this game.
