Apologies for never giving a proper update on my concussion. I've been basically symptom free for 9+ months—I can live my life as normal. However, I am still unable to train at maximum capacity without symptoms. I would love to be able to perform again—but I am at peace if that day never comes.

This is my favorite thing I’ve done in wrestling. It only happened because Masha was supposed to fly back to Japan or something and we didn’t have a real venue to finish the feud. The idea of wrestling in the snow was kind of a joke. But no one bluffed.
