Between this and the Venezuelan TPS ruling, #SCOTUS has now cleared the way for removing more than one million non-citizens who, until now, were *legally protected* against removal. Gabbard and Ratcliffe have a new answer classified info in the Signal chat. Both earlier said *no* classified info was shared. Now both, responding to Sen Cotton, say no *Intelligence community* classified info was shared. Further parsed now.

Gabbard has a new answer on whether targeting in Yemen was discussed in the Signal chat. "I believe there was discussion around targets in general." Gabbard says she "does not remember" any mention of specific targets. Again, Goldberg says the information included specific names of targets.

Both Gabbard and Ratcliffe said that to their knowledge no information on weapons, timing or targets was shared in the Signal chat. @jeffreygoldberg.bsky.social laid out very clearly that it was, including the names of human targets. Someone is lying... I've never known Goldberg to lie.
