First work out of my Postdoc (and the pandemic) in 2022. We looked at the contribution of TEs to bat immune responses. Surprisingly, no strong evidence in support of genome-wide epigenetic activation of TEs in response to IFN (contrary to other mammals)! link.springer.com/article/10.1...
