fun pine0wlple fact i believe i’ve found the source of my anguish. It wasn’t social isolation, it was trying so hard to hold on. To avoid the isolation. But once I let go, things got less painful. More numb, but less pain.

fun pine0wlple fact according to my therapist its because of child trauma and neglect that i react poorly and depressively to isolation. a form of separation anxiety. Which in turn causes me to self isolate.
