Louise diagnostics been moved again to next Tuesday I feel pretty frustrated but I can't change it. So have sorted chalets out till next Friday to carry on with my holiday. If I have to do a 8 hour round trip to collect her, then I will...this saga has more cliff hangers than Eastenders!! 😬 xx

Morning, sorry was quiet yesterday but night before last I had an anxiety attack at 4am & was feeling blugh yesterday. However, spirits were lifted by a wonderful 9km hike through Herisson Cascades 7 waterfalls & over 30 rapids..highly recommend if you are ever in Jura region. Have a great day ☕️😎 xx

My home till Saturday as I truly don't believe I will be reunited with Louise for another week, this is more me, stocked up on food & I & will explore tomorrow the Jura region. Just a Louise update or no update. She is now not being seen till Friday. You can imagine how I feel so I have found myself a chalet for rest of week at a campsite I was taking Louise to. I am not great so apologise for limited response 🤗 xx

Hiking the Affric-Kintail Way, Day 4 Glen Affric YH to Morvich 25km. Last day of thru hike, such a remote area I only saw 6 people hiking the trail over the 4 days 👌and after 3 days finally get a signal. A fabulous hike 🩵💚☀️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
