Within this last week I had a detained client transferred from WA to TX to LA, to a different facility in LA. No transfer notices from ICE, detainee locator not updated, DHS not responding to inquiries because of the shut down and Geo not able to confirm presence in their facilities.

This is the same as not feeding them at all. Would judges stand idly by while DHS locked children in a starvation oubliette and walked away? Well this is that; it's unconstitutional and if the only remedy is releasing all of them then it must be afforded.

I know there is a lot going on but I feel like this one is not getting the notice. The Administration is ethnic cleansing Somalis from removal hearings and likely deporting them to 3rd countries.
