Atlas smiles, taking the hat off for a moment, holding it square to her chest as she leans up on her tiptoes, giving Aile a quick peck on the lips. “Happy Holidays, Blue.” She says, before putting the hat back on confidently like nothing happened.

Well, Red spots an opportunity. “Hey, Blue?” She asks, pointing upward once she gets the other's attention.

Atlas' vision is temporarily blinded by white trimming and red fabric, fastening it snug on her head after a sputtering chuckle. “Guess we are... hey- haven't seen any mistletoe nearby have you?” There's a knowing grin from the redhead.

She is definitely staring. ...she looked stunning. So stunning, Atlas couldn't find ANY words...

Christmas is coming up, isn't it? All the more reason to dress all festive!

“I only ever dream about the battlefield. I don't think those are good dreams by definition, even if I like fighting. They usually involve me dying.”

《NC》 F: “AND LAVA! DON'T FORGET LAVA!!!”

《NC》 “Mm-!” ... “...love you...”

《NC》 “Good. Good...” She goes to take another sip from her E-Tank, hesitating for a brief moment... before taking another sip. ...siiiiip... ...hehe. Indirect kiss~...

《NC》 Atlas takes the drink back in dazed bewilderment, before shaking her head. “Okay, FIRST OF ALL-” She grabs Aile by the collar, kissing her DIRECTLY. “You can ask for one of those. Second- SLOW DOWN! You're gonna choke, Aile! They only work so fast anyways...”

《NC》 ...sigh. She forces her E-Tank into Aile's hands. “Slow. Down. Good grief...”

"Ooh....It looks like I fell in love with a poet..~" Aile nuzzles up against Atlas, now closing her eyes as she remained close. "..We'll burn brighter than anyone together...I just know it.."

"I'M FUCKIN' INVINCIBLE!"

《NC》 Sipping from an E-Tank using a straw. Siiiiiiip. “You good there, Blue? Remember to breathe?”

“And I want to stay by your side, Blue. Right until I fizzle out like a dying star...”

“...you know... I really could get used to this, every day...” She sighs, letting Aile pepper her with kisses again. “...I really could...”

“I mean... I'm not stopping ya, am I?” She giggles again, before diving into the crook of Aile's neck to offer up some payback for those kisses from earlier~...

She can't hold it back- there's more of that giggle-snorting. She was like a completely different person with Aile... She could be a self she had long forgotten still existed. “...same to you, Aile... I love you. With all my heart.”

Atlas looks away, blushing beet red as she wriggles a bit in Aile's hold, shoulders shimmying coyly. “Damn it... really know how to soften a woman up, you know that? Not a bad thing... not a bad thing at all.”

“You're ALREADY blushing, Blue!” She laughs, leaning her forehead against Aile's shoulder before looking back up at the other. “...that makes me real happy, you know... being called all of that, instead of... something else.”

“Stop it-!” Atlas jests, playfully shoving at Aile. “You're beautiful. You're... honestly one of the most beautiful women I've ever met, Blue. And I've met a lot. Not many can catch my eyes and my hands.” And she wanted to see Aile like this more. Comfortable. Vulnerable... mutually.

She places the bun gently into Aile's mouth, holding back what sounds like giggling. “You're so damn cute like this-” She giggle-snorts... oh, that was adorable.

...Atlas nods when she hears that, silently grabbing one of the meat buns from the bag. ...she holds it up in front of Aile's mouth, waving it around slightly. “Ahh~...”

“Well, um...” Atlas shifts around a little, pulling Aile up so that she was sitting on the other woman's lap. She clears her throat after a moment, brushing her bangs out of the way. “...I didn't realize how much I'd like sitting like this-...”

Atlas smiles, shoving the embarrassment causing her cheeks to light up down with a nod. “...yeah. I'd like that, I think. Um... I can do it... for you, if you want?” If Aile could see or feel Red's hands behind her, she would see her poking her index fingers together coyly...

Atlas, of course, reciprocates, before pulling herself against Aile, head on the other's shoulder. “I love you too, Blue... always will.”

She can hear Aile's hushed sobs, pulling back enough to look at the other's face. “Hey- you- no... no, no-no-no-no...” She pulls Aile into a quick kiss, wiping the girl's tears away with either thumb. “I'm not letting go. Never...”

《NC》 F: “Yeah, Z gets it.” No, he doesn't-

《NC》 F: “But did you watch the entirety of Sailor Moon?”

The red Mega Man instinctively wraps her arms around Aile, pulling herself flush against the other. “That's... that's something I'll fight for.” Her hands grasp at Aile's back, scrunching up her vest's fabric. “I'd fight an endless war to ensure that...”

“...I mean... I guess so, yeah. I'd just feel so... lost, if that happened.” She rests her forehead against Aile's shoulder. “...maybe not if you were there, though...”

“...if the fighting was over?” ...she has to think on that for a moment, looking down at Aile's collarbone while she ponders... “...I never really thought about that until now, Blue... not until you...”

“Y- yeah, of course. What is it?” She asks, turning her head to nuzzle up against Aile.

Atlas squeaks as Aile pulls her into an embrace, before melting right into it. “I'm fine with that. I, uh... I like feeling safe in your arms, like this...”

Atlas looks over at the other, raising a brow. “...'course, Blue. You can be selfish as you want right now...” She gives a reassuring squeeze back.

[NC] X:"Ow! He's usually in these capsule things!" L:"?!?!? HE TRAPPED GRANDPA IN A CAPSULE!" H:"How monsterous of you." X:"ZERO HELP-" Z:"I don't know these people."

Once they were comfy, Atlas turned on the TV, flipping to some random station available in the base. Not the news, though. Literally anything but... She just wants some good feels right now, leaning her head against Aile with a sigh.

《NC》 F: “WHERE IS THE OLD MAN! IF HE'S A CYBER ELF, HE'S SOMEWHERE, BECAUSE A CYBER ELF CAN'T BE NOWHERE!!!” Aggressive rock bonking-

“Pff. Always, Blue~.” She leans in to nuzzle their noses together, before flopping down in bed.

《NC》 F: “Wait... GRANDPA?!?!”

“...so, uh... you just wanna eat these and like. Watch something in bed?”

《NC》 F: “Well, no. I don't blame you for creating him. Pretty sure I sat through a ton of lectures as to why that was done. I definitely blame you for not thinking about what Master X would have ACTUALLY wanted, though.”

《NC》 F: “YEAAAAHH! I'M GONNA SAY SWEARS!” Excited spinning-

...okay, fine. One more bite. But then she's getting them back to their room, because the embarrassment is making her physically burn up at this point. Aile might actually feel a temperature difference in the air...

《NC》 F: “Don't worry, Doctor. I don't blame you for Copy X. I just blame you for everything he did.”

《NC》 F: “Oh, let me guess, it's only okay when it's 'real' Mavericks.” Model F scoffs at the last bit. F: “Probably because android **** is real. He doesn't want any of us ending up there.”

《NC》 F: “Hey, that's not true. I helped him get better with his kill count.”

Atlas is so, so embarrassed right now... there's a flush creeping all the way down her neck from that slip-up. ...the worst part was that a part of her definitely meant it... “...um... I love you.” Distraction kiss!

“You taste even better.” ...yeah, she's just gonna let that one sit as she makes her way back to their room. They're close now, right? ...please let them be close...
