This movie is significant for me, if only because it was the only Mel Brooks movie I ever got to see in a theater. My dad had raised me on the movies, but in the early 90s, Mel was on a bit of a hiatus. I remember this as being possibly the first movie my dad *had* to take me to see in a theater.
