12 Days of Lupus Scoring Findings Countdown! Day 5: Fibrous crescents: Fibrous (old/inactive) crescents indicate that at one point the patient had active disease in the form of cellular/fibrocellular crescents and are scored separately from global and segmental glomerulosclerosis.
