Darn my timing Ravi had flown off the fence and must have landed 50+ feet down the hill. I went to sideyard to refill jugs with sugar. Connie comes by, “Bad timing, Ravi brought a guest! Guest did not stay for me to see 😫 Ravi came up for more snacks. Only had 2 runners at same time twice in 8 yrs🪶

Clack it, don’t spray it Ravi!! 🤣 If you look very carefully, you can see a spray of moisture as Ravi clacks. This was a nice visit, about 10 minutes. He zoomed off the fence down the slope. This foretold events to come. 🪶

Possibly a Leucojum, seen in a riparian area this morning. A small green dot at the end of each petal of the small bell shaped blooms. Snowbell, snowflake, ?? At any rate the only kind of snow we’ll see here in coastal Southern California.

Buckley, the mule deer, found a nice shady spot to hang out this morning. Saw him as I was walking the dogs. Dogs have been trained to sit & wait for a treat when they see deer, they sit, treat, quick photo & off we go without disturbing the deer or in this case, Buckley. Just look at those ears!
