A bit of Half-Life 2 RTX to test out the new graphics card 😄

I highly recommend Sheepy: A Short Adventure for anyone unaware of it. A short Metroidvania-lite with gorgeous visuals, lovely music, enjoyable exploration, intense boss fights and a thrilling final act. Best of all, it’s free on Steam 😄

Retro Studios proving yet again that great art direction can overcome any hardware limitations. Metroid Prime 4 looks GOOD

Psychonauts and Psychonauts 2 are a couple of platform games developed by Double Fine Productions. The story follows Razputin “Raz” Aquato, a young boy who aspires to become a spy with powerful psychic abilities known as a Psychonaut. Have you played them?

Well I really didn’t expect to wake up to this today. Can’t wait to play it when it comes out in 8-9 years.

Proving Rare could apply their quality stamp to anything, the studio's first FPS was one of the genre’s best. GoldenEye was a remarkably complete package that combined one of the greatest single-player shooter campaigns with a stunning multiplayer mode. How many hours did you put into this one?

A monumental achievement for the genre, Gran Turismo brought a level of authenticity to racing like never before. Hundreds of cars (from mundane to exotic), stunning visuals, and a revolutionary physics model meant it became the best-selling PS1 game of all time. What are your memories of GT?

Burnout Paradise took Criterion's incredible racing series into a seamless open-world, trading the laser-focused precision of earlier titles for a refreshing but messy sense of freedom. The change proved hugely divisive, and split the series' audience in two. Were you a fan?

Ok time to finally give Caravan SandWitch a go! I absolutely adore the art style.

We all love SSX Tricky but the first SSX is no slouch either and it's my retro game of choice this weekend.

Although Wind Waker's art style was unfairly criticised at first, there were few complaints about the game itself... It's a stone-cold classic. And setting out across its endless ocean as The Great Sea theme bursts into life and seagulls surround your boat remains one of gaming’s greatest moments.

⚔️Beta Zelda 64, 1996⚔️

The surprise highlight of the PS2’s launch line-up, SSX was a sports title like no other. A supremely confident and competent racer combining over the top arcade handling with top-tier animations and physics. A genre classic that kickstarted the ‘EA Sports BIG’ label with a bang.

Kick! Punch! It’s all in the mind! Abstract in the extreme, it’s difficult to explain just how PaRappa the Rapper's bonkers concept and mechanics ended up working so well. But they did. With cows, frogs, and pungent onions rapping in unison for a unique and lovable music game. Did you play it?

In one of gaming’s most unexpected u-turns, Rare cancelled the innocent-looking Conker 64 and turned it into the profane and controversial Conker's Bad Fur Day. A game which saw our squirrel-hero embark on a vulgar, violent, alcohol-fuelled quest to find his way home. Did you play it?

New Edge Mag Day is always a good day. Very much looking forward to reading the main feature about Tarsier Studios’ Reanimal.

F-Zero GX Developed by Sega's Amusement Vision, F-Zero GX is a blisteringly fast and brutally unforgiving racer that was so good Nintendo has seemingly yet to see reason to make another one. A tragedy, considering it remains stranded on the now 20+ year old GameCube. Did you play it?
