I've started to learn how to make more complicated Mexican foods since moving to Canada, in part because household allergies make it hard to eat out. This year, I finally tackled the intimidating rosca de reyes - and it turned out really good!! This was easier than I expected, which shows growth~

Seems more promising than "there was an em dash it must be fake!" And yeah, I might not be able to remember every detail about the stuff I've written, owing to my moth-brained memory, but you risk me launching into a loving 6 hour presentation if you ask me questions about a scene or character.

If I'm being honest, I'm not beating my old Angst Queen allegations, even though I like happy endings now :p Character ages have also gotten older as I've grown, which is a bit sweet to me. I think my throughline is pretty consistent, though. I just have way more hope now #PretendPanel

For the record, I am not just #OneOfTheTwo - I flew from TX to Canada yesterday wearing a face mask and saw several fliers and airport staff wearing masks, too. All ages, on both sides of the border. My family dropped me off in masks, too. It's never too late to start back up again!
