I am near a decision point about my TV watching. On one hand, #StarTrek in its many iterations is practically a lifeline to me and one of the few sources of hope and positivity I have. On the other, I have no way of accessing it that doesn’t put money in the hands of very bad people. This sucks.

One reason I haven’t weighed in on the whole Platner race in Maine is that I see 0% odds of anyone being elected there that will appeal to us progressives, no matter who it is. The other, slighter more airtight, reason is that I’m not from Maine and I’m pretty sure no one there cares what I think.
